These terms are an agreement between you and MappOptimist Technologies LLP for your use of Mappingo. By using the app you accept them.
Who can use Mappingo
You must be 18 or older, use your real face and name, and have only one account.
Being respectful
- No harassment, hate, threats, nudity or sexual content, spam, scams or impersonation.
- Only check in where you actually are, and don't use tools that fake your location.
- Don't share other people's photos or information without their permission.
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules, including after reports from other people.
Meeting people
Mappingo helps you meet people in public places. Use your judgement, meet in public and look after yourself. We aren't responsible for what people do offline.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it in the app so Mappingo works, for example showing your photos to people in the same room.
Venue perks
Perks are offered by venues, which are responsible for honouring them.
Changes and ending
We may update Mappingo and these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. You can stop using Mappingo and delete your account at any time.
Liability
Mappingo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
