Delete your Mappingo account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mappingo and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You're signed out and your account is deleted.

Without the app

Email business@mappoptimist.com from any address with the phone number on your account, and we'll verify it's you and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your profile, photos, face template, check-ins, invites and Met cards; you're removed from other people's friends and chats. Limited records may be kept where the law requires or to handle safety reports and fraud.
